I’m an award-winning creative documentary photographer, based in Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire. I’m a former BBC journalist with an MA in photojournalism – so people and telling the story of your day is paramount to me. I’m also an art lover and am massively inspired by the Old Masters. I love creating images that use beautiful light, sometimes very subtle light which captures a delicate moment or quiet emotion.
I believe that each and every wedding is unique. The light is always different from the last one, the guests always bring a different vibe, and dad’s always have a different way of telling their children how they are loved.
Weddings aren’t just about the brides and grooms; they are about the parents, the grandparents, your friends from school. They are about how the day looked and felt. How it really felt to be standing in your shoes. Each day, each moment is wonderful and different. Your wedding photography should capture that. All the happiness, the love, the laughter, the emotion; all the wonderful elements that make your day yours.
I’ve spent the past 6 years photographing weddings around the country, photographing over 150 weddings in my time, I’ve worked in every type of venue, had all manor of weather conditions thrown at me, and yet, I still love it! I go to work with a smile on my face and thrive on whatever the day brings. I want to capture your amazing, beautiful and crazy filled days, giving you a collection of timeless photographs that reflect your day.
